Our Terms & Conditions
For the safety and enjoyment to all customers, you must abide by these rules and regulations when booking with IVY Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd.
- Liability
No responsibility will be taken by the landowner or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners’ risk. IVY Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner/user.
Dogs should be supervised by their owners at all times.
Activities unrelated to dogs are not allowed.
The access road to the dog park is also a public footpath. In the interests of safety, please adhere to 10 miles per hour speed limits along this access road.
No eating, smoking, or drinking within the park.
Keep your dog at home if they have a cough, diarrhoea, worms, fleas, or signs of illness.
- Booking & Payment Arrangements
Booking is made only through the website www.ivykennels.co.uk.
The correct number of dogs must be paid for before entering the field.
All payments must be made at time of booking.
The field can only be used if it has been booked & paid for prior to arrival.
All bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions of IVY Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd.
To maintain the professional integrity of Ivy Dog Park, trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
Professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement. No sub-letting of the field is allowed. Anyone hiring it on a professional basis can do so with the management’s permission, phone 0151 608 8755.
Any owners/users who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify a member of the team on site. Any additional time used must be paid for.
All dogs using Ivy Dog Park must be fully up to date with their vaccinations.
- Cancellation Policy
- Entering/Leaving the Field
Be mindful of your scheduled time. Dogs must be back in the car before the end of their session. Returning to your vehicle promptly and vacating the car park within your reserved time ensures a relaxed arrival for the next visitor. Remember that some dogs come to play here because they do not like meeting other dogs.
Do not enter the park if it is occupied by someone.
Secure parking is available to up to 4 vehicles. Please no not park on the drive.
Please ensure all security gates are closed before getting your dogs out of the vehicle.
Always latch the gates when you arrive and leave.
When not in the secure area, dogs must be always kept on a lead.
- Maintenance
Please ensure you pick up after, and responsibly dispose of your dog’s poop in the bins provided and take all other litter home with you. All bins provided on site is for dog waste only.
Water is provided onsite, please feel free to use it to keep your dogs hydrated. In the winter months the tap might be frozen, we suggest you bring your own.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to other users and their dogs.
We inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns.
You must discourage your dog/s from digging in the field.
Please leave the field as you find it.
- Children
Children are welcome on the field but must be always supervised by an adult. Do not leave children unattended in the dog park.
- Data
We retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information will not be shared to any other parties.
